God tells us
numerous times in the Bible, not to be afraid or have anxiety. Believe me, I know this is easier said than done. I, personally, know what it is like.
But, you just cannot allow your life to be consumed by fear and anxiety.
What is a physical symptom? A large belly. Fear and anxiety cause your body to over-produce cortisol, a stress hormone, that goes straight to your stomach, causing the most dangerous fat, belly fat.
